Pay
Hourly Base Pay: $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
We also have relocation and sign-on bonus info. That could be part of About the role or maybe Benefits? It's compensation. Could include in About the role or Pay. Since it's about compensation, maybe include in Pay section as additional details. But Pay section already has base pay and incentives. Could add relocation and sign-on bonus there. However we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include internal relocation benefit and external sign-on bonus. Thus we could add a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Compensation". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add to About the role or Pay. Probably best to add to About the role after overview. Thus About the role paragraph will include the overview plus internal/external relocation/sign-on bonus. Let's craft About the role: "At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU! Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers.
