About the role

Harrison Bay Senior Living is seeking a CNA, HHA, and Caregiver (full-time PM) to join their growing team. The position offers a $1500 sign-on bonus and competitive wages based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Affirm residents' independence while treating each one with respect and dignity.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.

Qualifications

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. A strong interest in healthcare, positive and compassionate attitude, and strong customer service and communication skills are also required.

Schedule

  • Option 1: Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
  • Option 2: Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday / Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Pay

  • CNA wage: $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour, based on experience
  • HHA wage: $17.00/hour - $22.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule

  • 2pm - 10:15pm, 0.8 FTE
