Harrison Bay - CNA/HHA/Caregivers - On Call

About the role

Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a CNA, HHA, and Caregiver (On Call) to join their team. Located in Mound, MN, near Lake Minnetonka, Harrison Bay offers a lakeside work environment with 72 units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as outlined in the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration as per the plan of care.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

Compassionate towards others and passionate about enriching the lives of others are essential qualities for this role. A positive, compassionate attitude and strong customer service and communication skills are also required.

Skills

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare and a positive, compassionate attitude are key qualifications.

Pay

• HHA wage: $17.00 - 22.00 based on experience.
• CNA wage: $19.00 - 24.00 based on experience.

Schedule

Shifts available: On Call - AM 6:00am-2:15pm, PM 2:00pm-10:15pm, NOC 10:00pm-6:15am.
