Harrison Bay - CNA/HHA/Caregivers - Part Time
About the role
Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a CNA, HHA, and Caregiver (Part Time) to join their team. Located in Mound, MN, near Lake Minnetonka, Harrison Bay offers a vibrant, lakeside work environment with 72 units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as per the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Aid in medication administration as directed.
Requirements
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Qualifications
Compassionate towards others and passionate about enriching the lives of others. A positive, compassionate attitude is essential. Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
Must possess a valid Minnesota certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aid (HHA).

Pay
- CNA wage: $19.00 - $24.00 based on experience.
- HHA wage: $17.00 - $22.00 based on experience.
Schedule
- Part Time AM: 6:00am-2:15pm.
- Part Time PM: 2:00pm-10:15pm.
Sign On Bonus
Part Time: $750
