Hardware & Systems Management Technician
The Mission
At Grubbrr, we build world-class kiosk software, but great software depends on reliable, scalable hardware. As our Hardware & Systems Management Technician, you will own the creation, automation, and lifecycle management of standardized system environments powering our kiosk deployments. Your mission is simple: ensure every kiosk we ship is stable, remotely accessible, and deployment-ready in minutes, not hours.
This role sits at the intersection of hardware operations, systems engineering, and software deployment, and offers a growth path toward DevOps or Systems Engineering for candidates who enjoy automation and infrastructure ownership. Your work directly impacts deployment speed, field reliability, and customer experience. You will help enable scalable kiosk rollouts while reducing operational friction across engineering, support, and implementation teams.

- Image Lifecycle Management
- Create, test, and maintain standardized "Golden Images" across multiple hardware platforms
- Support Windows, Linux, and/or Android environments
- Manage image versioning, updates, and deployment reliability
- Automated Provisioning
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Reduce manual configuration through repeatable provisioning workflows
