Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Routinely communicate with clients to gather feedback and ensure their expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
- Foster a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and other initiatives to boost employee morale.
- Address employee concerns and provide support to ensure a happy and productive workforce.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client and employee experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, customer service, or client relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues with a positive and proactive approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of clients and team members.
- Experience in a team leadership or employee support role is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or related fields is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with client relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp or Jira.
- Understanding of wellness and employee engagement best practices.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities.
