Growth Manager
Overview
Empromptu is an early-stage AI application builder designed for companies needing to integrate real, enterprise-ready AI features without expanding their team or rewriting their platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline, revenue, and growth
- Shape market understanding of Empromptu and self-managing AI features
- Turn early traction into a repeatable GTM engine
- Support customers and close the feedback loop between product, users, and messaging
- Launch Empromptu into the market, create demand, educate buyers, support customers, and build marketing infrastructure
Requirements
- Product marketing and go-to-market experience
- Experience bringing a new product to market
- Proven ability to generate and grow revenue
- Ability to execute independently with limited direction
- Comfort owning multiple functions in a zero-to-one environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with tools like Attio, Intercom, Customer.io, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
- Experience working with early-stage B2B SaaS companies
- Background in technical or developer-focused products
Benefits
Salary range: $120,000 – $180,000

About the Role
This is not a traditional “marketing manager” role. You will own the entire go-to-market motion end to end.
Qualifications
This is the only marketing role at Empromptu today. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and engineering. The culture favors ownership, clarity of thinking, and bias toward action. You should be comfortable making decisions, testing ideas quickly, and iterating in real time.
