Growth Manager

- Partner with Client Operations, Audit, Legal, Marketing, and Data Analytics teams.
- Advocate for client needs while balancing company objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources to support client success.
- Ensure client commitments and deliverables are executed effectively.
- Key performance indicators: revenue retention (gross and net), revenue growth (expansion revenue, fund adds closed, budget increases secured, new market expansions), client health (retention percentage, satisfaction scores, reduction of at‑risk accounts), operational excellence (business reviews completed, CRM documentation compliance, client communication standards).
