About the role

Netic is seeking a creative and results-oriented growth marketing generalist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this individual will be responsible for running campaigns end-to-end and helping us break into our highest-priority accounts. The ideal candidate will come up with and execute on memorable, high-quality campaigns, deeply understand our customers, obsess over messaging and stories, and collaborate closely with the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Come up with and execute on completely out-of-the-box, never-been-done marketing campaigns
  • Deeply understand our customers to find ways to cut through the noise
  • Obsess over the messaging and stories we tell to drive meetings once we get someone's initial attention
  • Get creative with how we use AI and our internal data to run maximally effective campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with our sales organization to find winning campaigns and learn from the front lines

Requirements

  • Marketing generalist with an intuition for good marketing and experience with a broad range of marketing channels
  • Strong copywriter with a knack for high-quality writing and experience putting that writing into the world
  • Experience using AI to speed up work and raise the ceiling on project quality
  • Relentless operational excellence with a focus on details, tight processes, and delivering an incredible experience
  • Hustle and grit to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of new problems, and iterate quickly until what works is found
  • Exceptional cross-functional skills to build strong partnerships with sales, product, and external partners
  • High-ownership leadership to set the standard, lead from the front, and take full accountability for outcomes

Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI and internal data to inform marketing strategies
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
