Requirements
- Industry experience: 10+ years
- Sales experience: 5+ years
- Sales leadership experience: 3+ years
- Technology experience: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales enablement tools (Outreach, Highspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Co-Pilot)
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and client satisfaction
- Performance management and coaching experience
- Account management and customer lifecycle strategies (retention, upsell, cross-sell)
- Consultative selling, negotiation, client relationship-building, and stakeholder communication skills
- Team leadership, coaching, talent development, motivation, and performance accountability
- Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Analytics/Power BI reporting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Highspot, and/or other sales enablement tools
