Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team
  • Implement and optimize sales methodologies and processes
  • Manage and improve sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through account management
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth

Requirements

  • Industry experience: 10+ years
  • Sales experience: 5+ years
  • Sales leadership experience: 3+ years
  • Technology experience: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales enablement tools (Outreach, Highspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Co-Pilot)
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and client satisfaction
  • Performance management and coaching experience
  • Account management and customer lifecycle strategies (retention, upsell, cross-sell)
  • Consultative selling, negotiation, client relationship-building, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Team leadership, coaching, talent development, motivation, and performance accountability
  • Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Analytics/Power BI reporting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Highspot, and/or other sales enablement tools
