About the role
You will use models and experiments to figure out which recruiting sources and channels deliver strong candidates.
Responsibilities
- Use models and experiments to identify high-quality candidate sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine and optimize recruitment processes
- Develop and execute growth initiatives to increase candidate acquisition rates
- Monitor and analyze data to inform and improve recruitment strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or related field
- Experience with data analysis and modeling tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving growth in recruiting efforts
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, or similar platforms
- Understanding of industry trends and best practices in recruiting
