Guidewire Business Analyst (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter) Tampa, FL Core Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projectsStrong experience in at least one module: PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenterExperience working on end-to-end Guidewire implementations or enhancementsStrong understanding of P&C Insurance processes Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to gather and define functional requirementsTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications and user storiesCollaborate with development teams on Guidewire configurations and integrationsSupport testing, UAT, and defect resolutionEnsure requirements align with business processes and system capabilities Technical & Functional Skills Guidewire (any of: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)Strong understanding of insurance workflows and data flowsExperience with SQL (preferred)Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and testing processes Preferred Experience with multiple Guidewire modulesExposure to integrations and system workflowsExperience working in enterprise insurance environments
