- Communicating routine administrative next steps clearly and routing clinical questions to appropriate qualified personnel.
- Keeping track of open work by tracking open items so patients, caregivers, providers, or internal teams are not left waiting unnecessarily.

- Records are complete.
- Follow-ups are visible.
- Routine questions receive clear administrative guidance.
- Anything outside the role’s scope is routed promptly.

Pay
