About the role
Spring Mill Inn is currently seeking Guest Service Representatives for the second shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests by providing information, answering questions, resolving issues, and handling front-desk monetary responsibilities.
- Maintain high standards of service and hospitality for guests during evening and night shifts.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to take care of guests’ needs in a professional manner.
- Expect to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- May be required to wear an Indiana State Park Inns-provided uniform.
- May experience working in potentially inclement weather.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
- Guest Service Representative: $14.23 per hour.
- Night Auditor: $16.45 per hour.
