Guest Services Specialist/Valet - Full Time - 5am-1:30pm

Oklahoma Surgical Hospital (OSH) is a physician-owned facility dedicated to providing high-quality personalized healthcare. We seek Full Time Guest Services Specialists/Valets who share our passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients, guests, and visitors to appropriate departments within the facility
• Transport patients from recovery areas to their designated inpatient rooms
• Park visitor's vehicles
• Staff registration desks
• Receive and assist patients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner
• Provide information about hospital services and facilitate consultations between physicians and patient families
• Offer direction and answer general information inquiries

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Drivers under 21 years old must be approved by the insurance carrier
• Current BLS certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of a medical setting
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, and data entry
• Sound judgment and quick decision-making abilities

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 5am-1:30pm

This position does not work holidays.

This position is a safety sensitive role, and drivers under 21 years old must be approved by the insurance carrier.
