GUEST SERVICES SPECIALIST- VALET 6:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities

• Transporting patients, guests, and visitors to the appropriate department within the facility
• Transporting patients from the recovery area to their designated inpatient room
• Parking visitor's vehicles
• Staffing registration desks
• Receiving all patients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner
• Providing assistance in the form of information about hospital services
• Facilitating consultation between physicians and patient families
• Providing direction and answering general information inquiries

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required
• Drivers under 21 years of age will need to be approved by the insurance carrier
• Current BLS certification or must be acquired within 30 days of hire date through the hospital

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Good interpersonal/customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of a medical setting
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, and data entry
• Sound judgement and quick decision making when presented with patients with needs

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
• This position doesn't work holidays
