Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with their check-in and check-out processes
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate information is provided
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
