Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and assist with their check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate information is provided
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
