The Role (At a Glance)
As the face of our lobby, you will create seamless, memorable experiences for our guests from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and handle registrations, check-outs, and reservations.
- Answer phones, route calls, and answer questions about Mobile’s best local spots.
- Process payments securely, manage a cash drawer, and maintain front desk organization.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest requests swiftly and gracefully.
What You Bring
- Experience: 1 year of hotel front desk or guest relations experience is preferred (but a passion for service is a must!).
- Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn front desk tech (Opera PMS, Micros POS, key software).
- Flexibility: Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
