Guest Services Host|Full-time- Year-round

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
• Assist guests with luggage handling and storage
• Provide directions, resort information, and local recommendations
• Cook up transportation and assist with valet and shuttle services when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby, and guest entry areas
• Collaborate with the Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to lift, carry, and move luggage or other items (up to 75 lbs)
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Previous guest service or hotel experience preferred

Additional Information

This position requires a rotation of two overnight shifts. This shift receives 100% of tips and an increase of $1.00 per hour.
