The Work
- Guide all guests through gaming, dining, and party experiences.
- Facilitate friendly, helpful, and inviting dining, birthday, event, and attraction experiences.
- Serve as the expert knowledge source for the dining program, attractions packages, and equipment.
- Monitor and manage guest waiting lists and reservations.
- Assign tasks to serving personnel for smooth operations.
- Audit guest demeanor and follow alcohol awareness procedures.
- Ensure facility, table areas, and amusement equipment are event-ready.
- Process payment transactions and welcome guests back.
- Troubleshoot or escalate lane or attraction malfunctions.
- Assist guests with lane setup and ball selection.
- Ensure guests adhere to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts quickly and courteously.
- Log issues nightly and notify management of potential issues or guest concerns.
- Perform sanitation duties and maintain cleanliness of the environment.
- Stock and maintain equipment daily.
- Recommend improvements to dining, beverage, and guest service programs.
The Requirements
- Show a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Quickly master a POS system and standard operating procedures.
- Clean and organize throughout shifts as a major part of closing duties.
- Have strong customer service experience and be a team player.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and math abilities.
- Communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and guests.
- Work quickly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, reach, mop, sweep, and kneel.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Be 18 years old or older.
