About the role

Responsible for overseeing guest service operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and handle stressful situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

Pay
