Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct contact with patrons by selling tickets and providing information regarding performances and general Guest Services operations
  • Deal effectively with conflicts, such as seating issues and addressing patron complaints
  • Maintain staff morale, enforcing policies and protocols, opening and closing the Guest Services office, reconciling cash deposits
  • Provide support to the Guest Services Assistant Manager/Concierge and the Guest Services Director in training existing and new Guest Services representatives
  • Carry out required supervision of Guest Services representatives and liaise with State Theatre Ushering and Production staffs as well as show management resources to address any and all ticketing issues and patron needs for assigned performances

Requirements

  • General working knowledge of internet
  • Working knowledge of Windows suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email systems
  • Prior Sales, Customer Service, And Theatre Experience

Qualifications

Must be available for flexible scheduling that includes day/evening/and weekend hours to provide supervision and assistance to staff and for related show supervisor responsibilities.
