Guest Services/Female Locker Rooms Attendant

The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to fill the position of Guest Services/Female Locker Rooms Attendant. In this position you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for every member/guest by ensuring the Spa, Retail area and Female Locker Rooms are luxurious, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor by start of shift in proper uniform
- Ensure amenities in all areas and locker rooms are properly stocked, clean, and neatly organized
- Ensure all merchandise in the retail store is clean, neat and organized; restock any goods in the shop that have been depleted
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Experience working in a Spa and retail environment a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
