About the role
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you will create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards. With keen attention to detail, you will anticipate guest needs, deliver personalized service, and help create memorable stays. You will uphold the hotel's quality standards while serving as a knowledgeable resource on property amenities and services.
Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room (bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom) according to procedure.
- Perform Room Attendant duties in occupied and check-out rooms.
- Provide turndown service for guests.
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
- Utilize hotel and workplace technologies to communicate effectively, coordinate tasks, and support seamless team operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in housekeeping; luxury properties preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Valid U.S. work authorization.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and high-quality standards.

Schedule
Shifts start as early as 8 a.m. and end as late as 5 p.m. Must be available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
