Guestroom Attendant

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to join their exceptional Housekeeping team. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Cleans a set number of rooms during a shift.
• Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Makes bed according to procedure.
• Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
• Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous Housekeeping Experience is a plus.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Successful candidates must possess legal United States work authorization.
