Guest Services Attendant
About the role
The Residence Club at the Four Seasons Scottsdale is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to join the Front Office Team. This role is crucial for ensuring guests are well cared for from their arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in Guest Services areas including the front drive and ensuring proper handling of guest luggage
- Accommodating guest requests
- Handling other guest inquiries or duties as assigned
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the Fitness Center, Barbeques, Locker Rooms, and Lobby
- Actively monitoring and reporting maintenance needs in guest common areas
Requirements
- Previous Guest Services experience in a luxury hotel/resort is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to stand/walk/run for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to work in a desert climate
Qualifications
- Must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
