About the role
The Guest Services Team facilitates a smooth and enjoyable experience at venues while selling ancillary products and providing customer service. This role is for the May 2025 – October 2025 season, with evening shifts required. The position pays $18 per hour, plus a small commission on sales.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests and employees to ensure a smooth experience
- Facilitate ancillary programs and upselling
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the venue
- Operate the general store to sell upgrades and miscellaneous items
- Manage lost and found, and assist with ticketing questions
- Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment
- Assist with post-show pick-up duties
- Perform other employee or guest-facing initiatives as needed
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Flexible and approachable, with a team mentality
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- One year of work experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. using proper techniques
Qualifications
- Customer service friendly attitude
- Desire to create a great environment for others
- Physical activity required, including walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying equipment
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
