Essential Functions

• Greeting and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.
• Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Understand and enforce all Huntington Bank Field policies and procedures.
• Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas and restrooms.
• Must be attentive to guests' needs, have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations.
• Report all incidents to Team Leaders.
• Thank guests for attending as they leave.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to consistently present in a friendly, approachable and professional manner including a well-groomed appearance.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the venue.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions including outdoors.
• Reliable transportation to and from Huntington Bank Field.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, all full stadium events that include concerts, major special events and all Cleveland Browns home games.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay

• Positions start at $16 per hour and vary throughout each event.
• A GSA may be assigned or reassigned to any post based on the needs of the event and will execute all posts assigned by leadership.
