Guest Service Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise employees to ensure they perform all job duties implemented by management.
- Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to help them perform tasks.
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels (including employees being supervised).
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
- Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
- Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
- Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
- Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must be efficient and organized.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
- Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $16.82 - $20.24. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
