Essential Responsibilities

  • Providing an Exceptional Resident Experience
  • Taking pride in the property's overall appearance by regularly walking the grounds to ensure top-notch curb appeal, while delivering outstanding customer service with a courteous, professional approach in every interaction
  • A team player with a 'no task is too small' mindset! Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to keep the community looking great and residents happy, even when the work isn't glamorous
  • Hands on Work
  • Maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the property by performing grounds upkeep, pressure washing, painting, trash removal, and stepping in for additional needs like unit touch-ups and snow removal (in applicable states)

Skills For Success

  • Bridging 2+ years of experience in a multifamily maintenance supervisory role with strong knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances
  • EPA and CPO certifications required
  • Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays when the community needs you
  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role—bending, lifting up to 100 lbs independently (up to 250 lbs with assistance), and comfortable using technology like computers, tablets, and phones to stay connected and get the job done
