As the company scales nationally, they are seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to greet customers, sell products and memberships, maintain site cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to ensure every guest leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a wave and a smile.
• Enthusiastically sell products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program.
• Genuinely thank each customer for choosing Mister Car Wash.
• Anticipate and solve customer needs.
• Ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.
• Enjoy variety, hands‑on work, and rewarding days.
• Keep sites clean, inviting, and well‑maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
