Guest Room Attendant | Dublin Springhill Suites

About the Role

Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments. Observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Return and restock cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
