Monday 7am–4pm, Wednesday 7am–4pm, Friday 7am–12 noon
Position purpose
The purpose of this position is to provide a positive experience between patients, staff, physicians and the facility.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

- Courteously greet patients, visitors, and other clients, determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate person or treatment area.
- Provides general office support and clerical duties as assigned.
- Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and associates alike.
- Serves as a source of information for all customers, visitors and vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
Experience: One (1) year experience in customer service required.
Performance Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient technical (computer) skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Self-motivated with initiative.
- Strong sense of ethics.
