About the role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service with customer recognition and interfacing with the most critical element of customer service. This position requires accurate computerized checkout, excellent communication skills, basic retail knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process computerized checkouts
- Identify and request materials from the warehouse
- Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
- Interface with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management
- Perform other duties as requested by Manager and/or Assistant Manager
Requirements
- High school graduate with one year of relevant work experience
- Basic retail knowledge
- Accuracy with computerized checkout systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management
- Team player
