Guest Relations Representative
About the role
The Guest Relations Representative serves as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. The role provides a welcoming and genuine environment, addresses concerns, and ensures a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. The representative will also cross‑train on the switchboard.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and visitors.
- Provide a welcoming, courteous, and supportive environment.
- Address and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Cross‑train and assist with switchboard operations as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- No specific certification or licensure required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (required).
- Experience in allied health, guest services, concierge, or front‑desk roles is valued.
Pay
The base pay range for full‑time employment is $19.38 – $28.69 hourly. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Pay within the range varies based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
Schedule
Flexi schedule with rotating shifts on days, evenings, and nights. Minimum of 8 hours per week.
