Responsibilities
- Carry out pre-move-in and post-move-out walkthroughs to ensure apartment readiness
- Document and escalate any issues, damages, or concerns to management in a timely manner
- Provide an outstanding guest experience by being the primary point of contact for all resident needs
- Respond promptly to guest needs, including making local travel arrangements to deliver items or resolve issues
- Create and maintain move-in gifts and welcome materials
- Manage and track local lockbox inventory for guest access
- Coordinate with vendors for furniture, service deliveries, pickups, and installations
Requirements
- Organized and dependable
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable with local daytime travel for apartment inspections and deliveries
- Familiarity with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
