Responsibilities
- Provide superior guest service to La Crosse Auto Plaza guests in person and over the phone/email
- Schedule guest appointments and create technician schedules while monitoring a consistent work volume
- Support La Crosse Auto Plaza sales and guest communication process
- Meet established quarterly goals, usually measuring progress and making course corrections on a monthly basis
- Receive insurance assignments and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
- Maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and SOP’s
- Supporting other team members with duties such as responding to guest questions
Qualifications
- Knowledge of computer and telephone systems
- Ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
- Ability to deal effectively with others, identify problems, and recommend and implement viable solutions
- Skills in verbal and written communications, training and development, and effective listening
- Skills in operating general office equipment, planning scheduling, and organizing work, and performing basic mathematical calculations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
