Responsibilities

  • Provide superior guest service to La Crosse Auto Plaza guests in person and over the phone/email
  • Schedule guest appointments and create technician schedules while monitoring a consistent work volume
  • Support La Crosse Auto Plaza sales and guest communication process
  • Meet established quarterly goals, usually measuring progress and making course corrections on a monthly basis
  • Receive insurance assignments and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and SOP’s
  • Supporting other team members with duties such as responding to guest questions

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of computer and telephone systems
  • Ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
  • Ability to deal effectively with others, identify problems, and recommend and implement viable solutions
  • Skills in verbal and written communications, training and development, and effective listening
  • Skills in operating general office equipment, planning scheduling, and organizing work, and performing basic mathematical calculations
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
