Guest Experience Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high‑performing retail team.
• Oversee product ordering to drive sales while minimizing loss and shrink.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and guest‑focused environment.
• Support 24/7 retail execution and act as Store Manager when needed.
• Ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Meet or exceed expectations during third‑party audits and inspections.
• Drive sales growth, positive customer feedback, and strong profitability metrics (labor, expenses, inventory control).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED – or ability to complete employer‑paid GED program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a varied full‑time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Active ServSafe certification (preferred).

Skills

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a results‑driven and adaptable mindset.
