Guest Care Sales Specialist

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Process cash transactions and handle cash with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is required
• Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to effectively sell products and services
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience in cash handling and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
• Ability to conduct product demos and effectively communicate product information to customers
