About the Role

This is a part-time or full-time position requiring weekend availability, including at least one evening shift per week. The Guest Advisor sets the tone upon a guest’s arrival and is responsible for creating memorable experiences and recommending memberships and services.

Responsibilities

• Treat every guest like they’re welcome in your home, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor
• Create and maintain a welcoming spa environment
• Connect with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate memberships and services
• Manage appointments and phone inquiries with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Process transactions and check guests in/out with care
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa, reception area, and retail boutique
• Follow up promptly on guest questions and opportunities
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve membership and guest experience goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience
• Natural outgoingness and comfort initiating conversations with new people
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving sales goals
• Self-motivation, coachability, goal-driven attitude, and dependability
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Schedule
