Guest Services Supervisor
About the role
As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will lead and inspire our service team, constantly interacting with guests and teaching others to do the same. This role requires passion for hotel operations and guest service with at least 2 years of similar work experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, flexibility, and willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation are essential. Prior experience in a quality luxury hotel brand is preferred.
