GTM Systems Administrator

About the Opportunity
The GTM Systems Administrator role is responsible for managing and optimizing the systems that support the Sales team's revenue operations. This position ensures the smooth running, integration, and data integrity of the go-to-market technology stack, contributing directly to efficient revenue processes and overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Administer CRM platform including data models, pipelines, workflows, permissions, and reporting
- Participate in systems modernization projects with external partners, including data mapping, workflow redesign, and implementation support
- Build and maintain integrations across GTM tools using middleware and native connectors
- Co-administer CPQ system with Deal Desk to ensure smooth quote-to-order processes
- Address revenue-blocking issues promptly, especially during critical financial periods
- Maintain data quality through deduplication, enrichment, routing checks, and audits
- Document systems and processes; collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Enablement for rollout and adoption
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of CRM and GTM systems administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficient with CRM platforms including data modeling, automation, permissions, and reporting; experience with multiple CRM ecosystems is a plus
- Experience with middleware integration tools such as Workato, native connectors, APIs, and webhooks
- Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes and CPQ administration
- Experience supporting migrations or dual-run environments with disciplined change management
- Security-conscious with experience in SSO and permissioning
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Sales and operations teams under pressure
- Relevant certifications and familiarity with tools like Gong, Qualified, or PartnerStack are advantageous
Pay
$90,000 - $113,000 USD base salary
