GTM Systems Manager

Anrok is building the tools behind the scenes that make compliant digital commerce a reality for companies big and small. We connect with billing and payment systems to automate sales tax compliance end-to-end. Our unified platform handles the ever-changing maze of tax laws at municipal, state, and federal levels—so companies can focus on growth, not compliance.

We’re looking for a GTM Systems Manager who can empower our rapidly growing GTM team with best-in-class tools, systems and AI-enabled processes. You’ll administer and scale our GTM technology stack, designing workflows and automations that delight our customer-facing teams and enable them to do their best work. In a rapidly-evolving world of GTM tech and AI, you’ll also stay informed of the most cutting-edge developments and proactively recommend if and how we should test them at Anrok. Our GTM Systems Manager will be a critical, valued cross-functional partner to Sales, Marketing, Activation, Operations and Partnerships leaders. As the first dedicated GTM Systems hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape our fundamental tech stack and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our core GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper)
• Partner with GTM leadership to uncover opportunities for enhancing sales efficiency through tooling, technology and AI
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our GTM Engineer to build agentic workflows and automation atop our technology stack
• Design and implement improvements to critical sales workflows (such as customer handoffs between teams)
• Own the systems behind our quote-to-cash process
• Ensure data quality and security across GTM tools and systems as we scale
• Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies

Requirements

• 4+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience with a focus on GTM systems and tooling
• Strong foundation in modern GTM software, particularly Salesforce (Salesforce Admin Certified preferred)
• Track record of transforming inefficient sales processes into elegant and efficient workflows
• Experience managing end-to-end system implementations from defining requirements to launching improvements
• Curiosity and a point of view on how to make GTM teams more efficient and effective through AI
• Ability to triage feedback from sales and GTM teams and prioritize the most impactful work

Schedule

For employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we follow a hybrid model where we come into the office 3 days a week to collaborate in person. For employees located outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, you will work remotely full-time.

Pay

Compensation Range: $108K - $160K
