Key Responsibilities
- Build signal-based outbound systems in Clay and Instantly (enrollment triggers, enrichment pipelines, sequence logic)
- Design AI-powered workflows surfacing deal context, buying signals, renewal alerts
- Apply LLMs to account research, QBR prep, deal briefings, data normalization
- Run structured experiments and scale what moves pipeline
- Primary HubSpot administrator: data model, custom objects, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, integrations
- Integrate GTM tools via APIs, webhooks, iPaaS (HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Octav, Instantly, Notion)
- Write custom scripts (Python) for data transforms, enrichment, hygiene, reporting
- Build real-time analytics layer for leadership and board reporting
- Support sales with targets, territories, quotas
- Collaborate with Finance on ARR reporting
- Partner with Customer Success on churn risk and expansion tracking
Required Experience & Skills
- 4-7+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Growth Engineering (B2B SaaS)
- Deep HubSpot expertise as admin/architect (custom objects, workflows, deal pipeline)
- Clay expertise (enrichment tables, waterfall pipelines)
- Automation platforms (Tines, Make, Zapier)
- SQL fluency
- API integration experience (webhooks)
- Commercial systems design (quoting, contracting, renewals)
- Early-stage startup experience
