Key Responsibilities

  • Build signal-based outbound systems in Clay and Instantly (enrollment triggers, enrichment pipelines, sequence logic)
  • Design AI-powered workflows surfacing deal context, buying signals, renewal alerts
  • Apply LLMs to account research, QBR prep, deal briefings, data normalization
  • Run structured experiments and scale what moves pipeline
  • Primary HubSpot administrator: data model, custom objects, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, integrations
  • Integrate GTM tools via APIs, webhooks, iPaaS (HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Octav, Instantly, Notion)
  • Write custom scripts (Python) for data transforms, enrichment, hygiene, reporting
  • Build real-time analytics layer for leadership and board reporting
  • Support sales with targets, territories, quotas
  • Collaborate with Finance on ARR reporting
  • Partner with Customer Success on churn risk and expansion tracking

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4-7+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Growth Engineering (B2B SaaS)
  • Deep HubSpot expertise as admin/architect (custom objects, workflows, deal pipeline)
  • Clay expertise (enrichment tables, waterfall pipelines)
  • Automation platforms (Tines, Make, Zapier)
  • SQL fluency
  • API integration experience (webhooks)
  • Commercial systems design (quoting, contracting, renewals)
  • Early-stage startup experience

  • ABM/intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Koala)
  • BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase)
  • LLM orchestration (LangChain, Tines AI)
  • AI or cybersecurity startup background
