The GTM Operations Engineer is based in the United States and is part of a partner company managing all applications and next steps. This role involves building the AI-powered operational foundation behind a modern go-to-market engine, focusing on AI engineering, business operations, automation, and customer lifecycle strategy.
About the role
- Design intelligent workflows, integrations, and agent-based systems to help commercial teams scale efficiently.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and technology teams to create connected business systems.
- Build automation systems that support the complete customer lifecycle, improving efficiency and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows using language model APIs, orchestration platforms, and automation tools to streamline go-to-market processes.
- Develop autonomous agents and intelligent workflows supporting sales intelligence, customer health monitoring, partner activation, renewals, and expansion initiatives.
- Create connected automation across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success functions to create a unified commercial operating system.
- Translate customer lifecycle strategies and success playbooks into scalable workflows across CRM, customer engagement, analytics, and AI platforms.
- Engineer automation supporting the full customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Convert customer behavior and health signals into automated recommendations, alerts, escalations, and engagement actions.
- Build reporting dashboards and automated alerts that provide visibility into revenue performance, customer health, and operational metrics.
- Partner with revenue operations teams to connect pipeline, lifecycle, partner, and marketing processes into a cohesive commercial ecosystem.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks to support scalability.
Requirements
- Technically strong operations professional with 4-6 years of experience in technical operations, automation engineering, revenue operations, software development, or similar roles focused on business process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI and workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, custom automation frameworks, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with language model APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, or comparable AI technologies in business applications.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market operations, customer lifecycle management, revenue processes, and commercial workflows.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including workflow automation and integrations.
- Experience designing APIs, integrations, and data flows between multiple business systems.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to break complex operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and operations.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business impact.
