About the role
The Role As a GTM Operations Engineer at K1x, you will architect and build the AI-powered automation that runs underneath our entire go-to-market engine. This is a builder's role with a commercial mandate.
Responsibilities
- AI Workflow Architecture and Agent Development
- Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows using Claude API, n8n orchestration, and Lovable to automate complex go-to-market processes as part of the broader orchestration architecture
- Deploy autonomous agents for sales intelligence, customer health scoring, partner activation, and renewal and expansion
- Intelligent orchestration that connects sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success into one set of automated workflows rather than disconnected point solutions
- Customer Lifecycle Operations
- Translate the customer lifecycle and client success playbooks into working systems, implemented across HubSpot, EverAfter, Pendo and the AI stack
- Engineer the automation behind the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal, so progression is consistent and measurable
- Build and enhance the tools that turn adoption, value, and ROI data into client-facing storytelling for business strategy reviews and customer meetings, delivered through platforms like EverAfter
- Build the operational infrastructure for partner activation, including onboarding workflows, milestone tracking, attribution, and performance dashboards
- Stand up marketing attribution and funnel reporting so the team can see which programs create pipeline, not just activity
- System Integration and Data Architecture
- Build and maintain integrations across HubSpot, Gong, Pendo, EverAfter, Snowflake, and the rest of the GTM stack so data flows cleanly between systems
- Design APIs and data pipelines that let AI agents read from and write to multiple business systems reliably
- Hold the line on data quality, security, and governance across every automated workflow
- Strategic Execution and Process Optimization
- Proactively hunt automation opportunities across the customer and partner lifecycle, mapping multi-team workflows to find and reduce manual touchpoints, then building what replaces them
- Stand up automated reporting and alerting that gives leadership real-time visibility into revenue, customer health, and partner performance
- Partner with Revenue Operations to extend their pipeline, forecasting, and reporting into the lifecycle, partner, and marketing motions, so the commercial engine runs as one connected system rather than separate stacks
- Lead the internal documentation, training materials, and process playbooks that strengthen the operational infrastructure and let it scale beyond any single person
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years in technical operations, automation engineering, revenue operations, or software development with a focus on business process
- Hands-on experience with AI and workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom builds) and with language model APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in business applications
- A commercial instinct for how go-to-market actually works. You understand the customer lifecycle, revenue operations, and where automation creates leverage across sales, customer success, and partnerships
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and the ability to build custom integrations and automated workflows on top of them
- Comfort with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and API integration patterns across complex business systems
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to break a messy cross-functional process down into components you can automate
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders across sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations
