GTM Engineer

About the role

The GTM engineer will own the systems that power how Mutiny goes to market, including outbound, onboarding, enrichment, routing, and segmentation. They will also build automations and internal tools to make sales and marketing faster, and ensure the plumbing (APIs, data flows, integrations) works seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Owning the GTM stack, including outbound, onboarding, enrichment, routing, and segmentation
• Building automations and internal tools to make sales and marketing faster
• Making sure APIs, data flows, and integrations between tools work effectively
• Bringing agents and AI workflows into how Mutiny operates
• Taking successful processes and turning them into repeatable playbooks

Requirements

• A systems thinker who sees one-off work as an opportunity to make it repeatable
• A builder who has shipped automations, internal tools, and workflows that made a team measurably faster
• Comfortable with technical aspects such as APIs, data flows, enrichment, and routing
• AI-curious and fluent, having experimented with agents and AI workflows in their own work
• A bias to ship, willing to ship something at 80% and improve it later
• A cross-functional translator who can explain the impact of their work to various stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining complex systems
• Knowledge of AI and its applications in business processes
• Strong understanding of data flows and API integrations
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Skills
