About the role

The role involves shaping the future of hiring with AI, working closely with Siadhal (Co-founder/CEO) and GTM leadership to identify and secure top talent. This position requires a strong understanding of the SF and East Coast GTM markets, a passion for building networks, and a proven track record of sourcing and closing executive-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Siadhal and GTM leadership to define hiring needs and secure top talent.
• Proactively source, engage, screen, and close the best GTM talent in San Francisco and the East Coast.
• Refine recruiting infrastructure to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.
• Develop and maintain genuine expertise in SF and East Coast GTM talent.
• Ensure leadership is kept informed about recruiting pipeline realities and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments.
• Strong ability to assess and sell candidates, leaving a first meeting with a clear understanding of their potential.
• A proven track record of building genuine relationships with top operators in the SF and East Coast markets.
• Experience using AI to enhance recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
• A proven ability to partner directly with executives and GTM leaders to scope, refine, and close top-tier talent.
• A competitive and results-oriented mindset, able to navigate the challenging SF GTM market.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate profiles and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of how AI is transforming the hiring process.
