About the role
The role is key to shaping how Metaview operates and evolves in the rapidly changing landscape of talent acquisition. As part of the GTM (Growth, Talent, Marketing) team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and securing the best talent for the company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Siadhal (Co-founder/CEO) and GTM leadership to define who we need, when, and why.
- Proactively, relentlessly source, engage, screen, and close the best GTM talent in San Francisco and on the East Coast.
- Rigorously refine our recruiting infrastructure to secure top talent at scale.
- Develop and maintain genuine expertise in the San Francisco and East Coast GTM talent markets.
- Ensure leadership is kept informed about the recruiting pipeline realities and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments.
- Experience selling and rigorously assessing candidates to determine their top 1% status.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining genuine relationships with top-tier operators in the San Francisco and East Coast markets.
- Strong understanding and practical application of AI in the recruitment process.
- A proven ability to partner directly with executives and GTM leaders to scope, refine, and close top-tier talent.
- A relentless and competitive mindset, able to navigate the highly competitive San Francisco and East Coast markets.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate profiles and assess fit within the company culture and values.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for using technology and data to drive business outcomes and improve the efficiency of the recruiting process.
