What You’ll Do
- Own and run full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and finance
- Build scalable sourcing engines across outbound, referrals, and talent communities to keep the top of funnel humming
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and tight SLAs
- Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our mission and pace
- Instrument the funnel through ATS hygiene, conversion dashboards, and channel ROI, and iterate quickly on what works
Who You Are
- Experience hiring exceptional sales and marketing talent at fast-growing startups, ideally based in NYC
- Full-cycle closer, from writing the job description to negotiating and signing the offer
- Creative sourcer with a real network and the persistence to build one where it does not exist
- Data- and process-minded, tracking time to fill, source yield, and knowing how to unblock bottlenecks
- High-agency, persuasive, and comfortable pushing for speed without sacrificing quality
Location: This is an on-site role based in our NYC or SF office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact. For this role, the expected base salary range is $160,000 to $215,000 (NYC and SF).
Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
